About the Event
Sara Selects Virtual Happy Hour Workshop!! Sara Selects is a small, local charcuterie business started by RHS alumni Sara Schmidt and Caroline Kotch. Join us for an hour of cheese, wine, and conversation as Sara Selects teaches you how to build the ultimate cheese board. As you build your board alongside us, you will learn all about cheese and wine pairings, insight into our favorite cheeses, and the art of crafting a beautiful cheese board. Let’s laugh, learn, and enjoy each other’s company... oh and eat some cheese!
