Cooking with Claudia of Ridgewood's From Scratch

Cook along with Claudia as we learn to prepare a classic Roman comfort food - Carbonara! There are many theories about the origin of the name, but the dish and its recipe can be traced to Lazio region of Italy, for which Rome serves as the capital city and is where Claudia is from. And because you'll be cooking along side Claudia, your Sunday family dinner will be ready to serve and enjoy! This will be a live, hands-on instruction and demonstration.
