Golf teeFree lunch! Volunteers are needed for this year's Barclays FedEx Cup Playoff Tournament, held August 26- 29 at Ridgewood Country Club. Many of the "jobs" do not require any golf knowledge, just a willingness to help out. Your volunteer package includes a golf shirt, a hat, a free grounds pass for you and one free guest pass for each day of the tournament, as well as lunch vouchers on the days you "work". In exchange for your service, the PGATOUR will make a donation to the Ridgewood Education Foundation. Over the last two years of REF's involvement with this event, the PGATOUR has donated $37,000 to REF to fund our classroom grants and Arts Fund programs! Your help is needed to make REF the leader in volunteerism, as we were two years ago when the tournament was last at Ridgewood Country Club. So, spend a few days on the golf course this summer and join in the fun! Click here for the volunteer application, committee descriptions, and a special offer for volunteers. If you are unable to pay the $50 volunteer package but want to volunteer, please complete the application and mail it with a request for payment to REF, P.O. Box 575, Ridgewood NJ 07450. Thank you for your service!

Golf teeTICKETS Fore CHARITY at The Barclays is another way you can help raise money for REF! That's right, you can attend The Barclays golf tournament AT THE SAME TIME you are helping kids!!! 100% of the net proceeds from ticket sales under this program go to charity: 75% will benefit the selling organization (that's REF), and 25% goes to The First Tee of Metropolitan New York.
Tickets are offered at $50 for a weekly grounds pass if purchased before June 30, and daily grounds passes are available July 1 - August 25 at the special rate of $45. That's 50% off for weekly tickets - this is really a great deal and for only $5 more than a daily ticket you will have a ticket for the entire tournament! So treat your foursome to a great day of golf while you're doing a good deed! To purchase tickets under the TICKETS Fore CHARITY program, please log on to www.buytfc.com, click on the Barclays button, and select "buy tickets". Ticketmaster is the host of this site.
